Ok so I don't know what to do with my hair. I'm stuck in limbo and my hair looks well, a little less than wonderful. I can't decide whether to cut it off or grow it out. I haven't had my hair long since high school and I really don't look that great with longer hair but I kinda feel like doing it anyway. At the same time though, I feel like cutting it off. I put up a few pictures for you to see and decide.
This is me in grade 12, taken at the beginning of the year with braces and all. I know your all jealous of my sexiness. If I grew out my hair this is about the length I would go. It's also been dyed in this pic. I don't know if I want to dye it either. I just finished growing it out and cutting all the dye out cuz I was getting annoyed with having to dye it and keep it up all the time and I really like my natural hair color so I'm debating that as well.
This is my grad pic...obviously. My hair is a little longer. I wouldn't go this long but I thought I would put it up to show what I look like with long long hair and then you can all see it's not the best. This is also my natural hair color so you can also see what you think about dying it. I like the braces in this pic too...they look a little better. I'm just grateful they came off before grad.
ok so since I lost all my pics, this is the best one I have of my hair now. You might have to click on it to make it bigger but it shows you the crappy-ness that my hair looks these days. This was taken on Friday at James' parents 30th anniversary dinner. If you look to James' right you can see what he's gonna look like in the future.....only cuter. On the bottom row in James' sister, parents and his brother. His other sister is in the back next to me on my right. The rest are spouses and boyfriend and the grandkids...if you were wondering.

ok...now this is the haircut I will most likely get if I decide to cut it. Marin sent it to me, along with some others, and since she's a hairdresser and knows what looks good I trust her judgement and I liked this one the best. I probably wont go blond like that but I will say it looks good on Victoria Becham.

Anyway, thats it. Let me know what you think cuz as you can see from the 3rd picture...it's not looking so pretty and the sad thing is I did my hair the best I could that day.....sad, I know. So please help me, I'm stumped.

Go for it, do something fun! I definately am a fan of the coloring, I think it would be nice for a change if that's what your looking for. You'd be amazed at what color can do! PS: I didn't even notice your hair is colored in the first picture, it looks the same. lol
Ok, why didn't you post the pic of you and james from that night.. you looked great.
Ok, I love your grade 12 photo, the length is great... LOVE THE COLOR. But...'
I love the shortness too. Hmmm.. Get it cut short cause you can always grow it right!
I say short.. not sure if I would go VB short, maybe an inch or two longer?? Not wild about the supa blonde. .maybe a sweet blonde/red mix? Marin could hook you up with some nice colors. Either way.. its fun to try something new and improved. I have yet to regret cutting mine although long hair does have SO MANY great assets about it... be wild.
I think you should..always better with short hair...And your hair is starting to look too long and limp for you..I know, good sister..but honesty is the best policy!! Cut it!!
I say SHORT! You should always keep your hair above your shoulders. It looks better that way. You have such a small little face and small little jaw line - you want to keep it visible. Plus the shorter your hair is the thicker it looks!
coloring - I say sure, whatev. If you are willing to keep up with it do it, but if you aren't; roots aren't the cutest look.
I say Short!!!! And leave it your natural hair color. That is my opnion.
I'm like Steph - I still love the short cut I went with. I would also go a little longer than the one posted and why not go with a few light super thin hightlights for the summer? You're a cutie D, so it's really whatever you want :)
ok, so I love that victoria beckam picture, and I've pondered on that one myself. I love short hair, so I say go for it. Plus, it's a much quicker solution to your hair dilemma. If you decide to go long, then you still have to deal with the hair you have now, and if you're anything like me...you just can't wait! if you want, go to thehairstyler.com and you can create an online profile with your picture and try on tonnes of different hairstyles...victoria beckam's included. it's like $5 US for a 1 month membership.
